We believe quality is not the sole responsibility of the inspection department,but built into each stage of the manufacture from the Directors to the Machine Operators.

INSPECTION & QUALITY CONTROL

Our well equipped Inspection Department assures excellent Quality as standard and we can provide Inspection Reports including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) if required.

Our Inspection Team works independently of production so ensuring unbiased dimensional checking and fact finding, with our Chief Inspector reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Our production Control System ensures there is full traceability for each component from the initial order to delivery to the customer.

Each component part undergoes first-off approval before going into production, followed by in-process inspection, rejects or non-conforming parts are removed and isolated.

All components undergo final inspection before being dispatched or placed into stock.
